AHC New Homes is in search of a licensed Maryland and Pennsylvania real estate professional (or someone to obtain a license) to work with customer’s throughout the home building process.

Duties include:

• Promote AHC New Home Core Values
• Market AHC New Homes building process
• Proficiency with technology and social media promotion of AHC New Homes
• Learn company systems to track building process
• Meet with clients to show available land/property
• Hold Open Houses
• Evaluate building costs such as: excavation costs, site costs, well and septic information, building restrictions, etc.
• Stay engaged with customer throughout the home building process
• Customer follow up
• Other responsibilities and opportunities as they arise

Broker to pay all real estate expenses of the licensed assistant under the Broker’s supervision.

This position will be hybrid and revolve around customer appointments. Our office is in Downtown Frederick, Maryland. In-person training available. In-person customer appointments required. Territory to include Frederick, Washington, Franklin, and Adams Counties.

This is a commission-based independent contractor position with unlimited earning potential. Commission includes the land sale, new home build fee, and client’s potential sale of existing home plus other real estate brokerage opportunities.
