AHC New Homes builds new homes as "Market Ready Homes" or commonly referred to as builder spec homes and semi-custom homes. This helps expedite the process and alleviates the time needed to move in and helps with budgeting as a Market Ready Home allows for more mortgage options. AHC New Homes also buys and develops land in order to keep a constant flow of new projects in the loop. Our team is able handle the process from start to finish.
